Perchia Terms of Use

Perchia is an iPhone and iPad app published by Victor Ramirez Moreno (Spain) under the Natalia Johansson brand. By using the app you accept these terms.

1. What Perchia is

Perchia shows the looks of Natalia Johansson, a character generated with artificial intelligence. All her photos and all try-on images are AI-generated and labelled as such. Try-on images are a style preview: they do not reproduce sizes, fabrics or colours exactly and do not replace trying the garment on.

2. Purchases and affiliate links

The app shows pieces from real stores. Tapping “Buy” opens the store’s website in Safari; the purchase is made with the store under its prices, terms, shipping and returns. Perchia may earn an affiliate commission on purchases completed through those links, at no extra cost to you.

3. Generations and packs

Each device receives 10 free welcome generations (one time). Trying a look on Natalia uses 1 generation; on your own photo, 2. You can buy packs of 50, 100 or 200 generations as one-time purchases through the App Store (no subscription, no auto-renewal). Generations are tied to the device, do not expire, have no cash value and are not transferable. Failed generations are not charged. App Store refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

4. Invite a friend

Each device has an invite code. A new user who enters a code receives 10 generations; the inviter receives 10 when the invited user creates her first look, up to 10 friends. One code per device; your own code cannot be used. Rewards are for inviting only, never for ratings or reviews. Perchia may void rewards obtained through fraudulent devices or accounts.

5. Your photos and generated content

Use the try-on only with photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. Generating offensive, sexual, impersonating or infringing content is prohibited. Your photo is checked on your device before anything is generated; to create the result it is sent transiently to our server and to the image-model provider, and it is not stored on our servers or shared with other users. You can delete it at any time from the app. See the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

Natalia Johansson’s images, the Perchia brand and the app design belong to their owner. Product images and names belong to the respective stores and brands and are shown through their affiliate programs. You may use the images you generate for personal use.

7. Availability and changes

The generation service relies on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable. We may update the app and these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law.
