Privacy Policy — Perchia
Perchia (“the app”, “we”) is an AI virtual wardrobe and try-on app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

- We don’t create accounts or ask you to register. We don’t collect your name, email or password.
- Your photos and your wardrobe are stored on your device, not on our servers.
- To generate a look, your photo is sent transiently to our AI provider to produce the image and is not stored afterwards.
- We earn a commission when you shop at the stores through the links in the app.
What data the app handles
Photos you add (garments and your model/person photo). They are stored locally on your iPhone, in the app’s storage. They are not uploaded to any cloud of ours nor shared with third parties for advertising.
Look generation (AI try-on). When you tap “Generate look”, the required images (your photo and the chosen garments) are sent over HTTPS to our generation service, hosted on Cloudflare, which processes them with Google’s image model (Gemini). They are used only to produce the result at that moment and are not kept on our servers once generated. Google processes the request under its own API terms.
Device identifier. To control the free welcome generations we create a random per-device identifier (stored in the system Keychain). It is not your Apple ID, does not personally identify you, and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
In-app purchases. Credit packs are handled through Apple (the App Store). We do not see or store your payment details; Apple processes them.
Affiliate links. When you open a garment to buy it, you leave for the store’s website, which has its own privacy policy. We may earn an affiliate commission through networks such as Awin, Tradedoubler or CJ.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your photos to train models.
- We do not show third-party advertising inside the app.
- We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
Children
Perchia is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
- You can delete any photo or garment from the app at any time.
- Uninstalling the app removes the photos and wardrobe stored locally.

Consent for AI processing of your photo. Before the first try-on with your own photo, the app asks for your explicit permission to send your full-body photo (and a cropped face for identity) to our generation service on Cloudflare, which processes it with Google’s Gemini image model. You can decline and keep using the app with Natalia as the model, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & use. The photo is used only to produce that image and is not stored on our servers afterwards. Google processes the request under its Gemini API terms.
Delete your data. Settings → Privacy & use → “Delete my photo and my try-ons” removes your photo, the face crop and every saved try-on from the device. Because we keep no copies, that is a complete deletion.
Report an image. Every generated image has a “Report image” button that opens an email to natal-ia@outlook.com. We answer reports within 72 hours.
Invite a friend. The app derives a 6-character invite code from the anonymous device identifier. Our server stores the code, how many invited friends created their first look, and — for a friend who enters a code — which code was used. No names, contacts or phone numbers are collected; sharing the code uses the system share sheet, and we never read your contacts.
AI-generated content. Natalia Johansson is a character generated with artificial intelligence. All her photos and all try-on images are AI-generated and labelled as such inside the app.
